Our chosen Courier Company delivers Monday to Friday, business hours and delivery times will vary according to their schedule, therefore we cannot guarantee that specific delivery times can be met. We can however confirm that our delivery window period is between 2- 5 working days once your order is placed and despatched. Adrian South Africa wants to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Our courier service will deliver to an address stipulated on the order sheet of which this is the only manner of delivering your parcel therefore we would need delivery details that are valid and correct. We are not responsible if the shipping address provided is not correct. We cannot refund any portion of the cost if the parcel is lost as a result of an incorrect shipping address.
Missing items - In the event that an item is missing from an order received, a claim must be made within two (2) business days of receipt as determined by our chosen Courier Company. The transaction will be reviewed and a credit issued accordingly.
Note: a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and Public holidays.
When do we start counting days? It depends on your payment method:
EFT and Direct Deposits - The next working day after payment has been received.
Non EFT (Credit Card /Direct Debit Card ) - The next working day after the order has been placed.
